The ORCA Parent Organization is an independent nonprofit organization that supports students, families, and educational initiatives connected with Oregon Charter Academy.
We are a volunteer-driven organization focused on building a strong and supportive school community through fundraising, events, and parent involvement.
Our Purpose
Our organization exists to help enhance educational opportunities and provide additional support for programs, activities, and initiatives that benefit students and families.
We believe that strong family and community involvement contributes to student success and helps create a positive educational environment.

Nonprofit Status
ORCA Parent Organization is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Contributions are tax deductible as per IRS Publication 78 Data. “Donors may rely on this list in determining deductibility of their contributions.”
